You would have to be blind to have missed the headband craze Gossip Girl instigated. The pretty preppy look trickled down to the high-street and onto the heads of a million girls – and maybe a few eccentric boys. But the times have changed. No longer are we wearing our headbands sat conventionally on our heads, today we’re pushing the boat out!Meet the new headband 
Two Ways to Wear:
1. Across the head. Not my personal favourite, but I’ll admit it does look cute, on the right person. Just pull it down over your forehead for that hippy-chic look. Ashley Simpson pulls the look off flawlessly.

2. The way I do it – on the back of the head. Prevents the ‘my-headband-fell-down’ look. Also it scrumples up your hair which adds to the 'I-don't-try-hard' image and fits completely with the laid-back look I love! Here Shenae Grimes does it perfectly - but then again her hair always looks amazing.
And the best thing is - one hairband can do the two looks - so no need to keep forking out - unless you wanna buy hundreds of the things :)
